HIS STATEMENT HAS EMERGED

Bölükbaşı defended himself in his statement at the police with the following words: "The time of the detection in the screenshot in the research report identified by cyber crimes is 17:15, whereas the time of the screenshot identified by the prosecutor's office is 15:17. In this sense, the detection in the research report is incorrect. Although the time of the mentioned screenshot in the cyber crimes research report is stated as 17:15, this screenshot has been shared many times by several X users before the time identified by cyber crimes. There is approximately a 2-hour difference between these two situations. Due to the nature of the mentioned platform, a screenshot must be taken before a post can be made.

In the screenshot identified by the prosecutor's office, it can be seen that a post by a user named 'Omerdumgiriz' has been quoted. However, there is no such quotation in the detection of cyber crimes. Additionally, in the screenshot identified by the prosecutor's office, as in all other X posts, the number of views can be seen. However, this issue is not mentioned in the cyber crimes research report. Furthermore, when the URL address related to the detection made by cyber crimes is entered into a browser, it encounters a message stating 'there is nothing to see here. Not yet...'

However, if a post linked to this URL had been made, when this URL is entered into the browser, either the post itself would be displayed, or in the case of deletion, a warning would appear stating 'this post has been deleted'. For these reasons, I do not agree with the detection of cyber crimes. And I believe that this detection has been fabricated afterwards."
