Metin Arolat, who collapsed while performing in Kadıköy, passed away at the age of 52. After a ceremony held in Istanbul, his funeral was conducted in Izmir, where Gülben Ergen was overcome with tears. Seren Serengil, angered by this situation, criticized Ergen for "stealing the spotlight" during her emotional moments. Serengil stated, "Oh my God, their tendency to steal the show from every event... As if they see each other every day, as if they are close."
52-year-old Metin Arolat, who collapsed while performing at a hotel in Kadıköy, was taken to the hospital but unfortunately passed away despite all interventions. The artist's funeral was held in Istanbul and he was laid to rest in Izmir. Many famous names attended the ceremony, including his family, close friends, and figures from the art community such as Gülşen, Ozan Orhon, Yeliz, Demet Sağıroğlu, producer İzzet Öz, actors Barış Kılıç, Bekir Aksoy, Nilgün Belgün, Onur Büyüktopçu, and designer Hakan Akkaya.
