During the assault, he fell and hit his head on the ground, suffering severe injuries. After remaining in a coma for 8 days, he passed away. The fight was captured on camera, and it was revealed that the six suspects had a total of 82 criminal records, with one of the suspects having been released on leave from prison on the day of the incident.

On June 16, Monday, around 04:50 in the Kocatepe neighborhood of Beyoğlu district in Istanbul, a chilling incident occurred. According to the information obtained, Orhan Doğan (31) started chatting with his 3 friends. At that moment, Sabır T. (26) approached them and made remarks to Doğan and his friends.

While trying to escape, Doğan fell and hit his head on the ground, sustaining serious injuries.

Teams from the Beyoğlu Public Order Bureau, which initiated an investigation into the incident, arrested Sabır T. and his friend Abdulcebbar B. (23). The two suspects who were detained were released after their statements were taken at the courthouse. Meanwhile, Orhan Doğan, who was being treated in the hospital, lost his life after an 8-day struggle for survival despite all interventions.

Following Doğan's death, the Beyoğlu Public Order Bureau teams intensified their efforts and identified other suspects involved in the incident as Y.K. (17), Serdar D. (25), İsa K. (18), and Sezgin K. (35). In ongoing investigations, Sabır T., İsa K., and Serdar D., who were released after their statements, were also apprehended.

It was also learned that efforts to capture Abdulcebbar B., who was caught after the first incident and released after his statement, were ongoing.
