The Israeli army announced that they will carry out a new attack on neighborhoods in the northern Gaza Strip, issuing an "evacuation order" for areas where thousands of Palestinians live. The evacuation call, shared along with a map by Military Spokesperson Avichay Adraee, paves the way for the forced displacement of civilians in Gaza once again.
The Israeli Army Spokesperson Avichay Adraee shared a map on his X account showing the northern Gaza Strip marked with numbers, and the "areas to be evacuated" highlighted in red.
Army Spokesperson Adraee requested the evacuation of the neighborhoods in the city of Gaza located in the northern Gaza Strip, including Jabalia, Zaytoun Sharqi, Beld Kadima, Turkmen, Jadida, Tuffah, Derec, Sabra, Jabalia Beled, Jabalia Nezle, Muasker Jabalia, Ravda, Nehda, Zuhur, Nur, Selam, and Tel Zater.
MILITARY OPERATIONS EXPANDING TOWARDS THE CITY CENTER Claiming that the mentioned towns are "dangerous conflict areas," Adraee stated that "military operations will intensify and expand westward towards the city center" with the aim of "eliminating the capabilities of terrorist organizations."
FORCING PALESTINIANS INTO MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDERS Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli army has been issuing mandatory evacuation orders to Palestinians with maps dividing Gaza into blocks. More than 90% of the 2.3 million Palestinian population in Gaza has been forcibly displaced at least once due to Israeli attacks. Palestinians in Gaza are repeating the slogan "there is no safe place in Gaza" due to the Israeli army's attacks on points declared as "safe zones."
Israeli Army Spokesperson Avichay Adraee. THEY HAVE MOVED TO PERMANENTLY OCCUPY GAZA The Israeli army resumed its violent attacks on the morning of March 18, following the ceasefire that came into effect on January 19 in the Gaza Strip. Since October 7, 2023, at least 56,412 people have lost their lives, and more than 133,000 have been injured in the attacks carried out by Israel on the Gaza Strip. The Israeli army has begun to implement a plan to expand and make the occupation of the Gaza Strip permanent. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu announced that they would occupy the entire Gaza Strip.
According to the plan, the Israeli army will permanently occupy the Gaza Strip, and Palestinians will be herded into "concentration camps" in southern Gaza. Here, Israel will provide Palestinians with humanitarian aid "sufficient for their survival." Israeli ministers have stated that they will destroy everything that remains intact in the Gaza Strip and plan to first push Palestinians south and then to other countries.
