Describing the efforts made regarding cyber security, Uraloğlu stated, "We currently have a National Cyber Incident Response Center (USOM). It is structured under BTK. Here, we prevent hundreds of major attacks and thousands of harmful access requests. We are working with around 7,200 experts in the field and ensuring our country's cyber security. We are above the security index in Europe. I can say that Germany, France, and Turkey are the best. We are 10th in the world in terms of cyber security."

Responding to questions regarding the development road, Minister Uraloğlu said, "The starting point of the development road is the Port of Faw in Iraq in the Persian Gulf, and the first phase will be put into operation next year. It will be one of the few ports in the world. A railway line of 1200 km will connect from here to Ovaköy, and from there to Kapıkule with a 2092 km line within Turkey. The lower part of the 1200 km section project is completed. We have a memorandum of understanding with Turkey, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar here. We are striving to start construction works within 2025. In Syria, we have interlocutors we can sit down and talk with, as a response to your previous questions. It would not be correct to immediately talk about such a possibility, but integrating Syria into the development road can be considered, but we would need time to think about it. Syria is an important geography here. We believe that we must integrate it into such a project, but it would be premature to say that changes will be made to the main project."

ANKARA-ISTANBUL SUPER HIGH-SPEED TRAIN PROJECT
