STATEMENT FROM METİN ÖZTÜRK
Vice President Metin Öztürk stated that they believe Deputy Chairman Maruf Güneş will be acquitted and return to them as soon as possible.

Stating that Güneş is a colleague they have worked with at Sportif AŞ and who has served Galatasaray with sincerity and goodwill for many years, Metin Öztürk used the following expressions: "First of all, I want it to be known that our confidence in the Turkish judiciary and justice is complete. We are not fully aware of all the details of the file, but according to the information reflected to the public, it is stated that these allegations are related to low-amount betting transactions from 5 years ago. I sincerely believe that the legal process will be completed as soon as possible and that Maruf will return among us very soon."
