Future Party Spokesperson Ufuk Karcı made a statement regarding the discussions that have arisen in the public about the Jeffrey Epstein files. Karcı noted that in an email allegedly sent by American businessman Tom Pritzker to billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, the name of Future Party Chairman Ahmet Davutoğlu was mentioned without his knowledge.

"IT IS BEING USED DELIBERATELY AND IN AN ORGANIZED MANNER FOR PROVOCATION PURPOSES"

Karcı, who shared on his social media account, stated that the mention of Davutoğlu's name in the alleged Epstein email sent by Pritzker was "deliberately and organizedly used for provocation purposes." In his statement, Karcı described such claims as malicious speculations.

Karcı used the following expressions regarding the claims related to Davutoğlu's name: "Our Chairman has no official or unofficial relationship with the mentioned individuals, nor is there even the slightest contact via email. The speculations produced solely based on the mention of his name in a correspondence are completely malicious."

"MANY STATE FIGURES' NAMES ARE MENTIONED"

Karcı stated in his explanation that not only Davutoğlu's name but also the names of well-known state figures from Turkey and the world, such as Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and the late Bülent Ecevit, are included in the same file set. He argued that especially targeting Davutoğlu in this situation is for provocation purposes.

LEGAL STRUGGLE AGAINST PERCEPTION OPERATIONS

The Party Spokesperson expressed that the ongoing campaign is "an open character assassination" and announced that any manipulation and perception operation carried out using Davutoğlu's name would be met with determination in legal and political grounds.
