Continuing its regular inspections within the scope of food safety, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry continues to announce the identified non-compliances through its official website. In the latest update of this list, it was observed that cheese products stood out.
ONE BRAND ENTERED WITH 10 PRODUCTS
The cheese brand named Tiryakibey, operating in Zonguldak, was included in the inspection list with 10 different products. Analyses revealed that the expected fat content was not met in these products.
5 CITIES LEAD
As a result of the inspections, the cities where cheeses with low fat content are produced were also identified. It was announced that the products included in the list were produced in Konya, Kayseri, Elazığ, İzmir, and Aksaray.
