It was stated that the wind will blow at force 6 to 8 and will remain effective until Saturday evening, while citizens were asked to take precautions against disruptions in transportation.
WIND WILL BLOW STRONGLY
The General Directorate of Meteorology reported that a strong storm is expected off the coasts of Marmara, the Northern Aegean, and the Central Aegean, warning citizens against possible adversities. In the region where the wind is expected to blow at force 6 to 8 per hour, it was noted that adverse weather conditions will continue until Saturday.
WIND WILL INCREASE AT NOON
The wind, which is expected to intensify in the Marmara Sea from noon today, is forecast to blow as a storm from the north and northeast directions. The stormy weather in the region is expected to lose its effect from Saturday evening. In the Northern Aegean, the strong wind that will start with the first hours of tomorrow is expected to ease by Saturday evening.
