The report stated that the accelerating joint military activities between Ankara and Cairo have caused concern in the Tel Aviv administration, and suggested that the two countries are developing a long-term defense partnership.
"LONG-TERM MILITARY COOPERATION DEVELOPING"
In Ynet's analysis, it was assessed that Turkey and Egypt have entered a long-term military cooperation process through joint exercises and contacts in the defense industry.
The report in Star newspaper stated that the relations between the two countries are not limited to diplomatic normalization but are also deepening in the defense field.
ATTENTION DRAWN TO JOINT EXERCISES
The analysis recalled that Turkish and Egyptian special forces, paratrooper units, and commando elements operated together in the "Golden Eagle" exercise held in Egypt.
The report argued that the exercise was not an ordinary military training activity, and claimed it was one of the important indicators of the strategic rapprochement developing between Ankara and Cairo.
