The Saudi Arabian Cabinet has authorized ministries to make agreements with Turkey in the fields of renewable energy and civil defense. Additionally, a memorandum of understanding in the area of social services has been approved.

The Saudi Arabian Cabinet authorized the relevant ministries to make agreements with Turkey in the fields of renewable energy and civil defense, while also approving the memorandum of understanding regarding cooperation in social services between the two countries.

According to the news from the Saudi official agency SPA, the Cabinet met in the capital Riyadh under the chairmanship of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman.

SUPPORT FOR GAZA REITERATED

During the meeting, which addressed regional and international developments, Saudi Arabia reiterated its support for the Gaza Peace Council. It was emphasized that the Council is a temporary structure established to end the attacks on the Gaza Strip and to rebuild the region.

AUTHORIZED THE MINISTER OF ENERGY

The meeting also discussed the memoranda of understanding and agreements signed by Saudi Arabia with friendly and brotherly countries.

In this context, the Cabinet authorized the Minister of Energy to discuss and sign the draft agreement regarding renewable energy plant projects between the governments of Saudi Arabia and Turkey.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING APPROVED

The Cabinet also authorized the Minister of Interior to sign a memorandum of understanding with Turkey in the field of civil defense and protection, while also approving the memorandum of understanding reached between Riyadh and Ankara in the field of social services.
