JOE KENT'S RESIGNATION
Kent shared his resignation letter on social media on March 17, in which he stated, "I cannot morally support the ongoing war in Iran," emphasizing that despite Iran not posing an imminent threat to the U.S. nation, his country initiated these attacks "due to the pressure from Israel and the powerful American lobby."
During his tenure, Kent reported that he participated in combat 11 times, stressing that he could not support sending his country's future generations "to fight and die for a war that provides no benefit to the American people."
