In Afyonkarahisar, a father was recorded on his mobile phone torturing his four children by lining them up and beating them with a belt. The disturbing footage shows the man shouting, "Are you going to your grandmother's again?" as he strikes the children with the belt, while the children are seen fleeing in pain.
An incident that wounds the conscience occurred in the İhsaniye district of Afyonkarahisar. According to the information obtained, a man named Murat M. learned that his four children had gone to the house of his brother-in-law and mother-in-law, with whom he had a dispute.
HE TORTURED HIS CHILDREN AND RECORDED THE MOMENTS
Upon this, Murat M. lined up his children and tortured them by beating them with a belt. The heartless father recorded the moments when he beat his four children, one of whom is a boy, with a belt using his mobile phone camera.
HE HIT THEM WHILE SHOUTING, "WILL YOU GO TO YOUR GRANDMOTHER AGAIN?"
It was heard that the man shouted, "Will you go to your grandmother again?" while hitting the children. He sent the footage of the moments he tortured his children to his brother-in-law, with whom he had a dispute.
PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE ACTED UPON THE FOOTAGE
Family members who received the footage forwarded the video of the horrifying moments to their lawyer, Rahmi Emirhan Oğuz. Lawyer Oğuz applied to the prosecutor's office with the footage and filed a criminal complaint. Upon the application, the prosecutor's office requested the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Policies to take protective measures for the children. The investigation initiated regarding the incident is ongoing.
