Millions of retirees in Turkey are curious about how much the holiday bonuses will be during Ramadan. While the government continues its work on the subject, a figure that will please retirees has emerged. The New Path Group prepared a bill to increase the holiday bonuses and submitted it to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
SUPPORT FOR THE PROPOSAL WAS REQUESTED
New Path Group Deputy Chairman Selçuk Özdağ announced that they requested the bonuses to be raised to 17,000 lira. Özdağ called on both the ruling and opposition parties to support their proposal.
PREPARATIONS ARE CONTINUING
In a post on his social media account, Özdağ recalled that he had previously brought up the need to raise the holiday bonuses to 17,000 TL in the General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, stating that they submitted the bill they prepared in this regard to the Presidency of the Assembly and expressed that they expect support from all parties.
