Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director John Ratcliffe arrived in Moscow yesterday, saying, "Contacts took place between the special services."

Spokesman Peskov made assessments on current issues to journalists in the capital Moscow. Confirming that CIA Director Ratcliffe arrived in Moscow yesterday, Peskov used the phrase, "Contacts took place between the special services."
Noting that this is a positive development, Peskov said that Vladimir Putin has been informed about the contacts with Ratcliffe.
"IT IS A BIG MISTAKE FOR EUROPEANS TO IGNORE THIS"
Stating that Ukraine has failed on the ground, Peskov said the situation at the front line demonstrates this.
Peskov noted that the Kiev administration has begun to collapse, saying, "It is a big mistake for Europeans to ignore this."
Regarding Armenia, Peskov also said that serious processes are taking place in the country's domestic politics and expressed his hope that they will be carried out in accordance with the law.
