The 17-year-old driver of a car that went out of control and crashed into the median barrier in the Yeşilyurt district of Malatya lost his life at the scene.
The accident occurred at the intersection of the Northern Ring Road and Şahnahan Neighborhood. According to the information obtained, the car with license plate 44 AV 644, driven by M.E.Ö. (17), who was traveling from the direction of Malatya towards Şahnahan Neighborhood, crashed into the median barrier after the driver lost control of the steering wheel.
TEAMS WERE MOBILIZED BUT HE COULD NOT BE SAVED
Upon the notification of those around, health, fire brigade, and gendarmerie teams were immediately dispatched to the area. In the checks carried out by the health teams arriving at the address, it was determined that the unfortunate young man had lost his life at the scene.
CAR TURNED INTO SCRAP
While the car sustained extensive material damage due to the force of the impact, the lifeless body of 17-year-old M.E.Ö. was taken to the morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institute for autopsy procedures.
