In the İdil district of Şırnak, 19-year-old Kamil Aslan, who was herding sheep, was found by villagers after the sheep returned without a shepherd. The villagers set out to search for the young shepherd and found Aslan in the mountainous area where the sheep were grazing, repeatedly stabbed and covered in blood.
The sheep herder Kamil Aslan, who works in the village of Sırtköy in the İdil district of Şırnak, found that the sheep he was grazing in the mountainous area returned to the village unattended.
FOUND IN A POOL OF BLOOD
Villagers, noticing that Aslan was not with the herd, went to the area where the sheep were grazing and conducted a search. Aslan was found stabbed and lying in a pool of blood in the Çiyaye Sipi area.
KILLED WITH MULTIPLE STAB WOUNDS
Health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification. It was determined during the examination that the young shepherd had died as a result of multiple stab wounds. Aslan's body was taken to the morgue of İdil State Hospital for an autopsy.
INVESTIGATION CONTINUES
Aslan's relatives who came to the hospital fainted, while the investigation launched regarding the incident is ongoing.
