Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who returned to the CHP General Chairmanship with the 'absolute nullity' decision dated May 21, addressed the party group for the first time after Özgür Özel and 90 deputies switched to the NEW Party. As Kılıçdaroğlu took the podium after 1009 days, the party organization showed intense interest, while it was noteworthy that the deputies, whose numbers had decreased, did not attend the meeting.

Following the resignation of 91 deputies, the tension in the TBMM Group Chairmanship elections and the internal party opposition formed against Kılıçdaroğlu decided to boycott.
