In accordance with the decisions of the United Nations Security Council, the ruling regarding Hajjaj Bin Fahd Al Ajmi, whose assets were previously frozen, has been revoked. According to the decision published in the Official Gazette and signed by President Erdoğan, the decision to freeze the individual's assets has been canceled.
In accordance with the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolution, the ruling regarding the individual whose assets were previously frozen on the grounds of being "linked to ISIS and Al-Qaeda" has been lifted.
In the Official Gazette, a decision was published regarding the amendment of the annex to the Cabinet decision numbered 2013/5428 dated September 30, 2013, concerning the freezing of assets of individuals, entities, or organizations listed under UNSC resolutions 1267, 1988, 1989, and 2253.
According to the decision published with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the provisions regarding the freezing of assets of the individual named "Hajjaj Bin Fahd Al Ajmi," who is listed in the section titled "Individuals linked to ISIS and Al-Qaeda," have been lifted.
The decision was made in accordance with Article 5 of Law No. 6415 on the Prevention of the Financing of Terrorism.
