The report from the Forensic Medicine Institution has revealed that Hüseyin Keskin, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for previously killing and burying his child, killed two more of his children years later. The brother of the siblings, Vefa Keskin, stated, "The deaths of my three siblings were presented as normal and they were buried according to procedure. However, the deaths of my five siblings are suspicious," causing a chilling reaction.
A funeral ceremony was held for two babies, whose deaths were revealed years later by the report of the Forensic Medicine Institution, after being killed by their biological fathers in the rural Demirçay neighborhood of Söke district in Aydın.
THEY WERE BURIED SIDE BY SIDE Upon the petitions of Vefa Keskin, who claimed that his siblings did not die of natural causes and filed a complaint against his father in 2016, it was determined during the exhumation procedures conducted in 2016 that Armağan Keskin, who was buried in 2003 at the age of 1.5, died as a result of severe assault. The bones of the two children's bodies, which were exhumed from the same grave in Söke Demirçay neighborhood, were also taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution for examination. The investigations revealed that a girl child, who was unnamed at the time, was born in 2006 and a boy child, also unnamed, was born in 2013, both of whom died shortly after birth due to bodily trauma and fractures in the bones. After the studies at the Forensic Medicine Institution, the baby girl was named 'Iffet' by her older brother, and the baby boy was named 'Murat Can'. The two babies, determined to have been killed by their biological fathers, were buried side by side in Demirçay neighborhood with a funeral attended by a small number of people.
"THE DEATHS OF MY 5 SIBLINGS ARE SUSPICIOUS" It was learned that 59-year-old Hüseyin Keskin, who mostly resided in the rural Demirçay neighborhood of Söke, Aydın, had 17 children with his 50-year-old wife Ceyhan Keskin, and 8 of these children died at a young age.
Vefa Keskin, who stated that he could not bring himself to call his biological father Hüseyin Keskin 'dad', said, "We are 17 siblings. Currently, 9 siblings are alive. Right now, 3 of my siblings, two of whom are here and one in Istanbul Arnavutköy, were exhumed for a forensic examination, and it was proven that they were killed by Hüseyin Keskin. My complaint and the prosecutor's investigation regarding one of my siblings, whose grave I know, are ongoing. The deaths of my 3 siblings were presented as normal and they were buried according to procedure. The burial place of one of my siblings is unknown. But my struggle will continue," he said.
"MY MOTHER AND AUNT ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE MURDERS" Vefa Keskin, who initially thought his mother Ceyhan Keskin was innocent regarding the murder of his siblings, later argued that his mother should also be held responsible for the murders after witnessing certain events. He stated, "During the forensic examination conducted in the grave opened in Istanbul Arnavutköy, it was determined that my father killed my sibling, and my father Hüseyin Keskin was sentenced to life imprisonment. After my father was arrested, my mother began to torture my disabled sister by pouring cold water on her in the bathroom to leave no marks. My mother Ceyhan Keskin, who helped bury and conceal the children, and my aunt Duru Kadın A. are also guilty," he said.
