APPROVAL FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF HALK KATILIM BANKASI
According to the announcement published in the Official Gazette, the BRSA has approved the establishment of Halk Katılım Bankası, which will be established by Halkbank with a capital of 11.5 billion TL. This new bank will operate in the field of participation banking.
AYTEMİZ INVESTMENT BANK GRANTED OPERATIONAL LICENSE
At the same time, an operational license was granted to Aytemiz Investment Bank, which was given establishment permission on May 23, 2024. This development may increase competition in the sector and create new opportunities for investors.
