A woman who was found to be begging around a shopping center in the Serdivan district of Sakarya was caught by municipal police teams. The Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality's Zoning teams caught a woman who was found to be begging during inspections around a shopping center in the Serdivan district and took her to the zoning center.
