The PFDK imposed a ban ranging from 45 days to 12 months on 224 football players, 197 of whom are amateurs, and 24 referees who participated in betting.
The Turkish Football Federation announced the decisions of the PFDK within the scope of the betting investigation.
The statement made by the TFF is as follows:
In the meeting dated 16.12.2025 and numbered 37 of the Professional Football Discipline Board, pursuant to Article 57 of the FDT, the following decisions have been made regarding:
197 football players with amateur status who are listed in the "A Team" rosters or who can be played in professional competitions by being written on the roster in accordance with the relevant league statutes,
27 football players whose investigations have been completed, excluding the 1024 football players referred to the PFDK on 10.11.2025,
22 referees within the scope of additional investigations, excluding the 152 referees referred to the PFDK on 28.10.2025, and the decisions regarding 2 referees for whom it was previously decided to continue the investigation by our Board are stated below.
