The unnamed man claimed that his girlfriend Torilena May Fields and her mother Trudy Fields had cast a spell on him. The man reported to the police after encountering a horrific finding at home. Torilena May Fields and her mother Trudy Fields, who live in the state of Kentucky, were arrested on charges of murder and abuse of a corpse.

In the arrest report obtained by the Louisville Courier Journal, Kentucky State Police Officer David Jones stated, "When the teams arrived at the scene, they found a dead woman in the backyard.
