A tragedy occurred in the Kulp district of Diyarbakır when a car went out of control and rolled into a ditch. In the accident, mother Nurşen Çiftçi died at the scene, while her 3-year-old son Yağız Efe Çiftçi died in the hospital he was taken to, and 4 people were injured.
It occurred near the village of Hamzalı in the Kulp district of Diyarbakır. The car, driven by F.Ç. (40), rolled into a ditch after the driver lost control of the steering wheel. Upon notification, 112 emergency health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene.
MOTHER AND SON LOST THEIR LIVES
During checks by health teams, it was determined that Nurşen Çiftçi (38) had lost her life. While Nurşen Çiftçi's lifeless body was taken to the morgue, the injured, including Yağız Efe Çiftçi (3), A.T.Ç. (10), Y.M.Ç. (13), F.Ç. (40), and an unidentified person, were transferred to hospitals in Batman and Sason districts after initial interventions at the scene. Among the injured, Nurşen Çiftçi's son, Yağız Efe Çiftçi, could not be saved despite all efforts and lost his life.
While the injured continue their treatment in the hospital, a comprehensive investigation has been launched into the incident.
