It has been claimed that after his statement at the police station, he was released by the court with the condition of 'judicial control.' ALLEGATION OF 'DOMESTIC VIOLENCE'
It was claimed that Çubuk was detained on the grounds of domestic violence against his wife. The argument between Çubuk, who was alleged to have experienced a jealousy crisis, and his wife escalated quickly into physical violence. Following the incident, it was reported that the famous personality's wife had numerous bruises and lesions on her body.

On the other hand, after the incident came to light, Şırdancı Mehmet stated, "We did not fight, we raised our voices a bit, the neighbors complained. I was not detained. There was a bit of a quarrel, we made up, there was no beating, that is not true. I am working now, my wife is with me," he said.
HE HAD RECEIVED A FLIGHT BAN
Çubuk, who had previously made headlines with a notable incident, was penalized with a 6-month flight ban by Turkish Airlines (THY) for eating the 'şırdan' he brought on a scheduled flight. This incident was widely discussed on social media for a long time.
