"WHEREVER THEY FLEE, THEY CANNOT ESCAPE OUR STEELY RESOLVE"

Statements from Minister of Interior Mustafa Çiftçi on the subject:

Even if they flee to the other end of the world, we find gang leaders one by one, bring them to our country, and hand them over to the lofty Turkish justice system. Those who think they can escape by committing crimes and fleeing beyond our borders now feel the breath of our state on their necks. As the Ministry of Interior, our goal is clear, and our will is steely: We will not allow any power other than the peace of our nation to pass through our streets. Turkey is not a place where criminals can take refuge; it is a fortress of justice and security!
