As part of the investigation, the extradition procedures of Ahmet A., a member of the Dalton armed criminal organization, who was subject to a 'red notice' and was captured and arrested in Georgia, have been completed. After the procedures, the suspect was brought to Turkey today. The individual's procedures at the Istanbul Police Department are ongoing.
INVOLVED IN MANY INCIDENTS
It has been determined that the suspect Ahmet A. was involved in the shooting of a café in Avcılar on January 12, 2022, the murder of Halil Güzel in Bahçelievler on October 14, 2022, and the armed attack that injured 3 people at Bağcılar State Hospital on May 13, 2023.

Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced that 8 individuals wanted internationally with a red notice and 1 individual wanted nationally were captured in countries such as Georgia, Spain, Azerbaijan, and Montenegro, and their extraditions to Turkey were ensured.
"WE TRACKED THEIR TRAILS DILIGENTLY"
Minister Yerlikaya stated in a social media announcement: "We brought 8 individuals wanted with a red notice and 1 individual wanted nationally from GEORGIA (6), SPAIN, AZERBAIJAN, and MONTENEGRO to our country. During this cabinet term, we ensured the extradition of 416 criminals to our country. We are on their tails; they cannot escape from us. The individuals Y.D., A.K., D.D., A.A., T.Ö., B.G., E.K., and M.Ö., who are wanted internationally with a red notice, and the individual S.A.U., who is wanted nationally, were captured and their extraditions to our country were ensured. We diligently tracked the individuals who fled abroad and against whom search warrants were issued.
These individuals, against whom red notices were issued and who are wanted internationally, were captured as a result of operational cooperation with the law enforcement agencies of the relevant countries; the individual A.A., who is a member of the "DALTONS" organized crime group, wanted internationally with a red notice for "membership in an organization established for the purpose of committing a crime and intentional murder," was captured in GEORGIA; the individual Y.D., wanted internationally with a red notice for "robbery and armed robbery by multiple persons," was captured in SPAIN; the individual A.K., wanted internationally with a red notice for "armed robbery at night in a workplace and escape of a convict or detainee," was captured in AZERBAIJAN; the individual D.D., wanted internationally with a red notice for "intentional murder, forgery of official documents, and escape of a convict or detainee," was captured in MONTENEGRO; the individual T.Ö., who is a member of the "DEMİRÖZLER" organized crime group, wanted internationally with a red notice for "intentional murder," was captured in GEORGIA; the individual B.G., wanted internationally with a red notice for "trafficking in narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances," was captured in GEORGIA; the individual E.K., wanted internationally with a red notice for "qualified sexual assault of a child and deprivation of liberty," was captured in GEORGIA; the individual M.Ö., wanted internationally with a red notice for "fraud, causing death by negligence, causing environmental pollution, and simple injury," was captured in GEORGIA; and the individual S.A.U., wanted nationally for "fraud by using information systems, banks, or credit institutions as a tool," was captured in GEORGIA and their extraditions to our country were ensured.

No matter which country they have fled to, we will capture the members of organized crime groups and drug traffickers one by one and bring them back to our country.
