In the indictment prepared by the prosecution and submitted to the Balıkesir 3rd Heavy Penal Court, it was requested that the suspect E.Ö. be sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment for intentionally killing with monstrous feelings or inflicting torture.

Due to the suspect's age being under 18, the indictment requested the application of the article stating that "If the crime requires aggravated life imprisonment, a sentence of 14 to 20 years of imprisonment shall be imposed on persons who have reached the age of 15 but have not reached the age of 18, and a sentence of 9 to 12 years of imprisonment shall be imposed if the crime requires life imprisonment."

CAUGHT WHILE PUTTING BLOODY CLOTHES IN THE WASHING MACHINE

In the indictment, it was stated that the suspect fled to his house in the vicinity of the crime scene after committing the act, and was caught while putting his bloody clothes in the washing machine. It was also stated that the father, Orhan Ö., who was accused of instigating E.Ö., was also taken into custody.

In his statement included in the indictment, E.Ö. explained that there was animosity between his father and his former religiously married wife S.D., and that he had consumed alcohol and went home late with his father on the day of the incident.

E.Ö. claimed that after his father fell asleep, he went outside with a knife from the table when he started thinking about the problems he had with the woman. He stated that he encountered the victim Akman in front of the house and stabbed him because the young man insulted him.

SEPARATE INDICTMENT PREPARED FOR THE FATHER

The investigation against E.Ö.'s father, Orhan Ö., who was arrested on charges of instigation, has also been completed.

In a separate indictment prepared and submitted to the court, it was stated that Orhan Ö. had been constantly harassing the person after separating from his religiously married wife, and that the suspect was released on parole from the Buca Open Prison on May 2nd due to another crime he committed.

"I RAISED A BOY LIKE A BULLET"

The indictment stated that Orhan Ö. went to witness K.Ş.'s house on May 4th and made statements to S.D. that he would harm her or the people in her house. It was noted that the suspect later said to the people there, "I won't harm anyone in the house, but something will happen to someone in front of that house. I don't care who it is, my son or my father will do it. I raised a boy like a bullet."

"I WILL HAVE YOU KILLED BY MY FATHER OR MY SON"

It was stated in the indictment that the suspect called S.D. on May 7th and said, "I will have you killed by my father or my son." After these events, it was mentioned that E.Ö. went to the front of the residence in Karaoğlan Neighborhood where S.D. lived at around 01:48, and saw the victim Ata Emre Akman entering the apartment while hiding behind a car for a short time.

KILLED WITH MONSTROUS FEELINGS

It was stated that E.Ö. approached Akman with a knife in his hand after the victim came out of the apartment a short time later, and after a brief conversation, he killed him by inflicting numerous knife wounds to his vital areas with monstrous feelings. The prosecutor requested that Orhan Ö. be sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment for instigating intentional murder with monstrous feelings or inflicting torture, and that his sentence be increased due to the use of influence arising from the parent-child relationship.
