The DEM Party delegation is continuing its tour of political parties in the Parliament. The delegation first met with the MHP today. Currently, a meeting between the DEM Party and the AK Party is taking place. In the first statement made by the AK Party after the meeting, it was said, "It was a sincere and friendly conversation."
DEM Party's İmralı Delegation is conducting a political tour in the Parliament today. The delegation first visited the MHP. After this meeting, the DEM Party delegation visited the AK Party group. The meeting started at 14:00.
WHO ATTENDED THE MEETING?
In the AK Party delegation, AK Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik, AK Party Deputy Chairman Efkan Ala, AK Party Group Chairman Abdullah Güler, and AK Party Group Deputy Chairman Özlem Zengin were present.
In the DEM Party delegation, co-chairs Tuncer Bakırhan and Tülay Hatimoğulları Oruç, along with Sırrı Süreyya Önder from the İmralı Delegation and DEM Party Group Deputy Chairman Gülistan Koçyiğit were present.
After shaking hands with the AK Party members, the DEM Party members proceeded to the meeting.
100-ITEM DEMANDS FOR A TERROR-FREE TURKEY
In the AK Party-DEM Party meeting, the dissolution process of the PKK will be the main agenda item. The AK Party delegation will convey to the DEM delegation that the priority is for the PKK to dissolve itself. They will send the message that "steps will be discussed after the PKK completes its dissolution process." The AK Party will present the "Terror-Free Turkey" demands, consisting of approximately 100 items, 50 related to the terrorist organization PKK and 50 related to the DEM, to the delegation today.
PRIORITY IN 50 ITEMS
For the completion of the process, the implementation of 50 items related to the organizations will be a primary condition. It will also be demanded that all illegal and legal connections of the PKK's other extensions organized under the name KCK in Turkey be revealed, and that its members be brought to justice. The AK Party will inform the DEM that revealing the PKK's relationships with intelligence organizations will also be an important step, and measures will be taken to prevent a similar initiative from happening again.
