Ayşegül Doğan, the spokesperson for the DEM Party, made a statement regarding the names Abdullah Öcalan wishes to meet, saying, "It is highly likely that Öcalan will also meet with representatives of different political parties. Considering the scope and gravity of the issue, we know that Öcalan wants to hold discussions with Mesut Barzani, Neçirvan Barzani, Mazlum Abdi, Kubat, and Bafıl Talabani."
DEM Party Spokesperson Ayşegül Doğan shared with the public Abdullah Öcalan's desire to meet with some political and regional actors during a press conference she held. According to Doğan's statements, Öcalan, who is imprisoned in İmralı Prison, wishes to consult with various individuals to contribute to the political solution process.

Doğan stated, "Öcalan has a desire to meet with representatives of different political parties," and listed the names planned for discussion as follows: Mesut Barzani, Neçirvan Barzani, Mazlum Abdi, Kubat Talabani, and Bafıl Talabani.
DEM PARTY DELEGATION WILL GO TO İMRALI
Ayşegül Doğan also announced that the party plans to make a visit to İmralı Island soon. It was stated that the delegation, consisting of co-chairs and MYK members, aims to establish direct contact with Öcalan to "evaluate the period and develop organizational strategies."

The statement also shared the names of the individuals Öcalan is with in prison: Ömer Hayri Konar, Veysi Aktaş, Hamili Yıldırım, Zeki Bayhan, Mahmut Yamalak, and Ergin Atabey.

According to the statement made by the Asrın Law Office, the names of the detainees transferred to İmralı Island about 2 months ago were shared with the public. These detainees were announced as Zeki Bayhan, Ergin Atabey, and Mahmut Yamalak. With the transfer of these detainees, who have been in prison for many years and are known for their ideological and literary works, the number of detainees in İmralı Island Prison with Öcalan is currently 7.
The detainees in İmralı Island Prison are working with Öcalan both theoretically and practically for the congress preparation process and the subsequent activities. We are talking about a working group that is often referred to as a secretariat in the public eye, but it is not a secretariat. It is a collective working group that will continue its efforts for the future.
In this case, the detainees in İmralı are: Ömer Hayri Konar, Veysi Aktaş, Hamili Yıldırım, Zeki Bayhan, Mahmut Yamalak, Ergin Atabey, and Öcalan, a total of 7 people, I repeat. We will visit him as the DEM Party delegation as soon as possible. It is also highly likely that Öcalan will meet with representatives of different political parties in the coming days.
Considering the scope and weight of the issue, we believe that it would be beneficial for Öcalan to meet with Mr. Mesut Barzani, Mr. Neçirvan Barzani, Mr. Mazlum Abdi, Mr. Kubat, and Bafıl Talabani. We know that he wants to have these meetings. We would like to share this with the public. This is also Öcalan's wish. We believe it will be beneficial for many reasons. It is very valuable for him to meet with leaders from different political parties and important figures. It is necessary for the upcoming process.
