The dialogues in the bribery footage that emerged at the Izmit Municipality drew attention. Figan Çetin, the Director of Licensing and Inspection who received the bribe, told the person who allegedly gave her the bribe about which side Izmit Mayor Fatma Kaplan Hürriyet took following the split in the CHP, and that if Kaplan Hürriyet supported Özgür Özel, an operation would be carried out against them.
In the "corruption" investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against Izmit Municipality, the dialogues in the scandalous footage revealing that Figan Cetin, the Director of Licensing and Inspection, received bribes drew attention.

Cetin asked the person allegedly giving her the bribe which side Izmit Mayor Fatma Kaplan Hurriyet had taken following the division of the CHP and the establishment of the New Party, and it was noted that she said if Kaplan Hurriyet supported Ozgur Ozel, an operation would be carried out against them.

Here is the dialogue between Figan Cetin, the Director of Licensing and Inspection, and the person allegedly giving her the bribe:
Director: So, what do you think the CHP will do now?
Person: Honestly, director, it's a problem.
Director: Today I didn't look at any newspaper or anything; I went home late in the evening and didn't read the news, so right now I don't know anything.
Person: Director, it's very problematic right now.
Director: Where does Fatma (Izmit Mayor Fatma Hurriyet Kaplan) stand? On which side?
Person: Fatma (Hurriyet Kaplan) Mayor wants Ozgur Ozel.
Director: Has she made any statements?
Person: She hasn't made a statement. (Kemal) Kilicdaroglu's first action was to dissolve the CHP's lawyers. He dissolved 3 lawyers.
Director: My fear is this; now that Kemal (Kilicdaroglu) is (...) if Fatma (Hurriyet Kaplan) stands against Kemal (Kilicdaroglu), here in the municipality, our department will be screwed.
Person: Yes.
Director: That's what I'm after. In such a situation, they will operate on us first.
Person: I don't think she'll get into that fight, it's not that big...
Director: An operation was already expected here.
