Former model and actress Sevda Demirel had an unfortunate accident at Maçka Park in Istanbul. She suddenly fell to the ground and broke her foot. While nearby citizens rushed to help Demirel, the moments of panic were captured on a mobile phone camera. Demirel was seen lying in pain and unable to get up for a long time.
HER DIFFICULT MOMENTS AT THE HOSPITAL REVEALED
Footage of Demirel during her hospital treatment has also emerged. In the images, her singer friend Hazal Sönmez, who was with her, was seen saying, "Let me go feed the cats at home," prompting a reaction from Demirel. Demirel's reproachful words, "My love, where are you going? I am about to have surgery. Should I stay alone?" drew attention.
"I FAINTED WHEN THE DOCTOR SET MY FOOT"
After her treatment and discharge, Sevda Demirel returned home and recounted the process. Demirel said, "I suffered a lot of pain when the doctor set my ankle back in place. I fainted from the pain."
Demirel, who stated that she had gone to Maçka Park to feed stray cats at the time of the accident, was reported to be in good health.
HAZAL SÖNMEZ RESPONDS TO CRITICISM
Following the spread of the hospital footage, Hazal Sönmez, who became a target of criticism on social media, also made a statement.
Sönmez stated that she was misunderstood, saying, "I was talking about Sevda's cats. Because no one knows Sevda's house, and I had the spare key. I meant to say, 'If you are going to have surgery, let me go take care of your cats and come back.'"
Sönmez also mentioned in her statement that she stayed at Sevda Demirel's house after the incident.
