A tanker loaded with fuel overturned and caught fire in the Viranşehir district of Şanlıurfa. The fire was extinguished by fire crews, and the tanker driver lost his life.
The driver of a fuel tanker that caught fire after overturning in the Viranşehir district of Şanlıurfa died.
THE TANKER THAT WENT OUT OF CONTROL OVERTURNED
The fuel-laden tanker with license plate 73 HA 457, driven by Abdülcelil Yel (30), went out of the driver's control and overturned at the Şavolet Bridge location on the Viranşehir-Mardin highway. After citizens who saw the tanker catch fire reported it, fire, medical, and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene.
DIED IN THE BURNING TANKER
Firefighting teams responding to the fire brought the flames under control and extinguished them. Tanker driver Abdülcelil Yel died in the accident.
