The drug dealer who clashed with the police was captured after being shot.

A person engaged in drug trafficking in Bursa opened fire on the police. The individual was neutralized by the teams and taken into custody.

FIRST, A "STOP" WARNING WAS GIVEN

The incident occurred on 2nd Kale Street in the Küçükbalıklı neighborhood of the central Osmangazi district. The Osmangazi Crime Prevention and Investigation teams, who received information that a person named D.A. was involved in drug trafficking, placed D.A. under technical and physical surveillance. The Osmangazi Crime Prevention and Investigation teams, who initiated the operation, warned the suspect D.A. to "stop" as he was about to enter his house.

CAPTURED AFTER BEING SHOT

Seeing the teams in front of him, the suspect attempted to escape by opening fire on the police. As a result of the ensuing clash, D.A. was shot in the hip and taken into custody. Upon notification, emergency services and additional police teams were dispatched to the scene. The suspect D.A. was taken to the hospital for treatment by medical teams. During a search of D.A., 1 unlicensed firearm and 60 grams of methamphetamine were seized.
