Zülfinaz Korkmaz, who lives in the city, was diagnosed with 213 stones in her gallbladder after complaining of abdominal pain and swelling for about 5 months at the hospital. Doctors found her surgery risky due to her advanced age and heart condition, but Korkmaz underwent surgery at a private hospital in İnegöl, where the 50-gram stones in her gallbladder were removed, allowing her to regain her health.

General Surgery Specialist Dr. İshak Özaçmak, who performed the surgery, stated, "Our patient was elderly and a risky case. Previously, other hospitals had refrained from performing the procedure, saying 'the surgery is risky.' We removed the stones inside the gallbladder one by one using a minimally invasive surgical method. We extracted over 200 stones. Our patient recovered quickly after the surgery, and we are discharging her today." Engin Korkmaz (45), who said his mother had been suffering from pain and discomfort for a long time, expressed, "Finally, after a successful operation, my mother has regained her health. I thank the doctor and his team who performed the operation."
