The Eurofighter fighter jets that Turkey will purchase have landed in Ankara.

The Eurofighter Typhoon, a multi-role, 4.5 generation twin-engine fighter jet made in Europe, which Turkey has requested to purchase, has landed at the Mürted Air Base Command in Ankara.

TO BE EXAMINED BY TURKISH OFFICIALS

Two Eurofighters belonging to the Royal Air Force of the United Kingdom, which participated in the Ferocious Falcon V Exercise in Qatar, will be examined by Turkish officials after their landing. Two F-16 fighter jets accompanied the Eurofighters during their landing.

MINISTER GÜLER HAD ANNOUNCED

Recently, National Defense Minister Yaşar Güler met with media representatives and stated, "Discussions regarding the Eurofighter are also progressing positively. Two Eurofighters belonging to the United Kingdom, which participated in the exercise in Qatar, will arrive in Ankara on December 18, and we will have the opportunity to see the aircraft."
