With the increase in the summer population in Sarıyar Village, which is connected to the center of Sivas, a water shortage has emerged. The village headman addressed both the villagers and the guests coming from outside the city with an announcement made from the mosque's loudspeaker.

It was clear from his tone that the headman was quite angry, saying, "You come from Istanbul, you come from Ankara. You stop here, you use it. You eat cucumber and tomato, and then you run away. The motor runs 24 hours, and there is not enough water for this village," warning the citizens.
