In an operation organized in 10 provinces centered in Aydın, 17 suspects, who are alleged to have committed fraud with the promise of "Ministry of National Education-approved certificates," were detained; money traffic exceeding 1.5 billion TL was detected in the accounts.

Within the scope of the investigation conducted under the coordination of the Nazilli Republic Prosecutor's Office, teams from the Aydın Provincial Gendarmerie Command Gendarmerie Intelligence and Anti-Smuggling Branch took action. A large-scale operation centered in Aydın was organized against the suspects who are alleged to have committed fraud with the promise of "Ministry of National Education approved certificates".

SIMULTANEOUS OPERATION IN 10 PROVINCES

The teams carried out simultaneous operations in Istanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Antalya, Balıkesir, Manisa, Denizli, Mersin, and Samsun, with Nazilli as the center. In the operations, a total of 17 suspects were detained, 6 of them in Nazilli.

1.5 BILLION TL IN MOVEMENT DETECTED

Within the scope of the investigation, data from the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK) were examined. In the examinations, money traffic exceeding 1.5 billion TL was detected in the accounts belonging to the suspects.

SPECIAL OPERATIONS PROVIDED SUPPORT

Within the scope of the operation, a raid was carried out on a workplace located on Türkocağı Street in Aydoğdu Neighborhood of Nazilli with the support of gendarmerie special operations teams. During the operation, street entrances and exits were brought under control by security forces, and a search was conducted at the address.

INVESTIGATION CONTINUES

It was learned that the procedures for the detained suspects at the gendarmerie are continuing, and the investigation regarding the incident is ongoing.
