The long-awaited final declaration of the 36th NATO Summit of Heads of State and Government, hosted by Ankara, has been published. In the historic document that will shape the future of the Alliance, the emphasis on a "Strong Europe" came to the forefront, while it was announced that allies would make a massive defense procurement agreement exceeding 50 billion dollars.
