The fire that broke out in a wooded area in the Mamak district of Ankara was extinguished after more than 8 hours as a result of the intervention of firefighting teams.
BROUGHT UNDER CONTROL AT MIDNIGHT
The fire started around 18:00 in the evening on Hüseyingazi Tomb Road in Başak Neighborhood, Mamak district, and was brought under control around 02:00 as a result of the intervention of firefighting teams.
1 PERSON TAKEN INTO CUSTODY
Ankara Governorship announced that 1 person was taken into custody in relation to the fire. The fire, which was brought under control after 8 hours of work, was extinguished following the cooling efforts carried out by firefighting teams.
