Developments in Syria and the current situation were discussed; it was noted that strong support for the Syrian government's efforts to ensure stability throughout the country would continue, and satisfaction was expressed regarding the trend towards lifting international sanctions that harm the Syrian people.
In this critical process, the importance of eliminating initiatives that could harm Syria's sovereignty, territorial integrity, unitary structure, and political unity was emphasized; a call was made for a principled stance against activities aimed at destabilizing Syria.

It was stated that Israel, which continues its genocide and occupation in Gaza, is undermining peace efforts in the Middle East with its systematic attacks and expansionist ambitions towards Palestine, Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen; it was emphasized that international actors in positions of responsibility must fulfill their responsibilities to eliminate the risks and threats arising from the policies of the Israeli government.
6. Events occurring in North and East Africa were discussed; it was stated that Turkey would continue to increase its support for the efforts of brotherly countries in Africa to establish security and stability.
