Images of Narin Güran (8), who went missing in Diyarbakır on August 21 and was found dead in a stream bed on the 19th day of the search efforts, have emerged, showing her shortly before she was killed. In the investigation regarding the murder of Narin Güran, who went missing in the rural Tavşantepe neighborhood of the Bağlar district on August 21 and was found dead 19 days later in a sack covered with stones and bushes in a stream bed, it was stated in the indictment prepared by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office that DNA and hair samples belonging to Narin were found in the vehicle of her uncle Salim Güran, and that her mother Yüksel Güran and her brother Enes Güran, along with their neighbor Nevzat Bahtiyar, who confessed to carrying the body to the stream bed, were determined to have been in the same house at the time of the incident according to HTS and base station records. An aggravated life sentence was requested for the crime of 'intentional murder of a child in participation.' The indictment was accepted by the 8th Heavy Penal Court. THEY CREATED CONTRADICTIONS REGARDING THE LAST SEEN TIME TO PREVENT HER FROM BEING FOUNDThe indictment states, "When the camera footage, witness statements, forensic reports, crime scene investigation reports, HTS records, HTS narrowed base analysis reports, criminal reports, conversation records, data obtained from mobile phone examinations, police reports, and the entire file are evaluated together, it is determined that the suspects have acted in a contradictory manner, contrary to the ordinary course of life, and in a manner that contradicts the general rules and customs brought by social order and family life since the very beginning of the investigation. It has been established that they reported her as a missing child from the first day and created contradictions regarding the time Narin Güran was last seen, thereby preventing her from being found and the incident from coming to light. THE REASON FOR THE MURDER IS UNKNOWNOn August 21, at around 15:11, Narin, who last entered the camera's view and headed towards the path leading to her home, was found to have all suspects present at the residence according to the HTS analysis reports and the expert report regarding the narrow area base study. It was concluded that the suspects, who were in a time and space unity, acted with a shared intent and joint control over the act of killing, and that they strangled Narin Güran for an undetermined reason and motive, thus committing the crime attributed to them as joint perpetrators. Therefore, it is requested that the suspects be sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment for the crime of 'intentional murder of a child in participation,' as stated in the indictment. IT IS SEEN THAT SHE WAS RUNNINGImages of Narin approximately one hour before her murder were also captured by a security camera. In the footage from the school's security camera, it is seen that Narin walked towards her great-uncle H.G.'s house at 14:02, and shortly after, she was seen running at 14:04 on the same security camera. Additionally, it was determined that the camera's time was set 4 minutes ahead. In that footage, it was noted that Narin Güran went to her father’s uncle H.G.'s house and, upon learning that her friends had gone to Quran classes, she ran to the course.
