According to reports, Sabiha Sezer Kısacıkoğlu, the lawyer granddaughter of the 10th President Ahmet Necdet Sezer, and her colleague Özgün Karahan were walking with a friend when a group of six motorcyclists sped past them. When Özgün Karahan reacted to the situation, a fight broke out between them and the group. The argument escalated when the motorcyclists got off their bikes. Lawyer Karahan drew his licensed weapon and approached the motorcyclists. In response, the motorcyclists alerted their friends. SHE SHIELDED IN FRONT OF THE WEAPONAhmet Necdet Sezer's granddaughter stood in front of her armed colleague to shield him. Kısacıkoğlu fought for a long time to prevent the weapon from being fired. Police teams were dispatched to the scene following reports from nearby citizens. Both groups were taken to the Beyoğlu District Police Department to give their statements. It was learned that Lawyer Karahan did not file a complaint against the motorcyclists. However, it was reported that the young motorcyclists filed a complaint against Karahan. It was also learned that the prosecutor's office did not see a need for prosecution regarding the incident.
