With a decree published by HSK, the duty locations of 11 judicial members, including the deputy chief public prosecutors of İzmir and Istanbul, have been changed.
The Judges and Prosecutors Council (HSC) has published a new decree regarding the judiciary. Under the decree, the duty locations of 11 judges and prosecutors have been changed.
DECREE ON HSC'S WEBSITE
The judicial decree prepared by the HSC First Chamber has been announced on the council's official website. With the decree, the new duty locations of individuals working in various provinces have been determined.
CHANGES IN CHIEF PROSECUTORS AND PROSECUTORS
According to the decree, İzmir Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor Muvaffak Meşe has been appointed to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of İzmir Regional Court of Appeal.
Denizli Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor Gültekin Bülbül has been appointed to the Public Prosecutor's Office of İzmir Regional Court of Appeal.
İstanbul Public Prosecutor Muhammed İkbal Anar has been appointed to the Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of İstanbul.
Justice Ministry Rapporteur Judge Avni Kağan Kaytancı, Ümmü Gülsüm Şamlı, and Zühal Tokar Güneş have been appointed as members of the Ankara Regional Court of Appeal.
In the same context, Rapporteur Judge Betül Nas Gülol has also become a member of the Ankara Regional Court of Appeal.
CHANGES IN DUTIES IN DENİZLİ AND İZMİR
Denizli Regional Court of Appeal Chamber President Sevda Aydın Bülbül has been appointed as a member of the İzmir Regional Court of Appeal.
Denizli Public Prosecutor Eren Bingöl has been appointed to the Denizli Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
Justice Ministry Rapporteur Judge Ferhunde Çilingir Şimşek has been appointed as a judge in Ankara, while Gülşen Kandemir has been appointed to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Ankara.
