Hamdi Ulukaya, the founder and owner of Chobani, the most popular yogurt brand in the USA, has stepped in for the historic mansion valued at 45 million dollars. At the beginning of 2024, Ulukaya, who rented the mansion with an option to purchase for 120 thousand dollars a month, is now preparing to become the new owner of this historic structure.

According to Forbes magazine's 2023 data, Hamdi Ulukaya, who has a fortune of 2.3 billion dollars, is willing to pay a significantly high price for the historic structure, once again highlighting the value of the Istanbul Bosphorus.

The mansion, purchased in 2012 for 25 million dollars by Ahmet Okumuş, a well-known figure in the finance sector, had also hosted the famous Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich for a time.
