Some businesses operating in a shopping mall in Şişli had their unauthorized and illegal structures demolished by the Şişli Municipality teams. Additionally, during inspections, the demolition of some abandoned buildings and illegal roof extensions throughout the district was also carried out.
Şişli Municipality has intensified inspections against buildings constructed in violation of approved project attachments. Demolition orders issued by the Şişli Municipal Council for structures identified as illegal, which have been documented with building suspension reports under the 'Law No. 3194 on Zoning', are being implemented one by one.
DEMOLITION OPERATIONS ARE CARRIED OUT IN A PLANNED AND COORDINATED MANNER
During inspections conducted last week, municipal teams identified unauthorized sections of illegal constructions within a shopping mall operating in Şişli. The demolitions of these illegal structures were carried out by municipal teams in a planned and controlled manner. Additionally, during the inspections, some derelict buildings and illegal roof extensions throughout the district were also demolished by the teams.
INSPECTIONS CONTINUE
The demolition operations of illegal structures identified throughout the district are being carried out in a planned and periodic manner through regular coordination among the Building Control, Public Works, and Zoning Directorate teams.
