As of Tuesday, December 16, a reduction of 2 lira and 2 kuruş in gasoline prices is expected, which will bring the price of gasoline to 52 lira and 51 kuruş per liter in Istanbul, 53 lira and 35 kuruş in Ankara, and 53 lira and 71 kuruş in Izmir.
It is expected that there will be a 2 lira and 2 kuruş discount on gasoline as of Tuesday, December 16. With the discount reflected at the pump, the price of gasoline will drop to 52 lira and 51 kuruş in Istanbul, 53 lira and 35 kuruş in Ankara, and 53 lira and 71 kuruş in Izmir.
THERE WAS A 2 LIRA DISCOUNT ON DIESEL
On November 28, there was a 2 lira discount on the price of diesel, and there was also an 80 kuruş increase in autogas.
HOW ARE FUEL PRICES CALCULATED?
Fuel prices are calculated by refineries based on the average prices of refined products in the Mediterranean market, which includes Turkey, and changes in the dollar exchange rate. As a result of this calculation, the prices applied by distribution companies may show slight variations due to competition and freedom among companies and cities.
EPGIS HAD DECIDED NOT TO ANNOUNCE PRICE CHANGES
