After leaving the Quran course in the Tavşantepe Village of Bağlar, Diyarbakır, 8-year-old Narin Güran, who was not heard from again after going home, was found dead on September 8 by the riverbank. In the trial regarding the murder of Narin Güran, which began on November 7, the defenses of the defendant and witnesses were heard. The court decided to postpone the trial, which lasted for 3 days, to December 26. BITE MARK ON ENES GÜRAN'S ARM CAPTUREDPhotos showing the bite marks on the arm of Enes Güran, the brother being evaluated within the scope of the investigation, were published on A Haber. It was stated that the images were also examined as evidence in the Narin Güran murder case. Enes Güran, who is among the defendants, made a defense in the trial held on November 7. The presiding judge stated that a case had been opened against the defendant Enes Güran for "intentional murder of a child in participation" with a request for aggravated life imprisonment. "I MADE THE BITE MARK ON THE THIRD DAY"In response to the prosecutor's question about the bite mark on his arm, Güran said, "I made the bite mark on the third day. I didn't go to prison because I was guilty. I went in for my brother Narin." When asked, "Why were you included in the case and not your other siblings?" Güran claimed he had never thought about it. SHOWED HOW HE BIT HIS ARMWhen Aydın Özdemir, a lawyer from the Diyarbakır Bar Association, asked how he bit his arm, Güran demonstrated how he did it. Stating that the bite mark on his arm is still visible, Güran claimed that the marks on his back were caused by nails and boards when they went to Nevzat Bahtiyar's barn, asserting that these marks were not from the cornfield. Güran said, "I learned that Narin was killed in prison. I was shocked when I heard about Narin's death." He asked, "Did you see me constantly banging my head against the walls in prison, slapping my face?"
