THE IMMUNITY FILE OF 7 CHP MEMBERS IN TBMM
The presidential motions prepared for the lifting of the immunity of CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, CHP Group Deputy Chairman and Mersin Deputy Ali Mahir Başarır, CHP Istanbul Deputy Cemal Enginyurt, CHP Edirne Deputy Ahmet Baran Yazgan, CHP Zonguldak Deputy Deniz Yavuzyılmaz, İYİ Party Gaziantep Deputy Mehmet Mustafa Gürban, and İYİ Party Muğla Deputy Metin Ergun have reached the TBMM.
The immunity files have been sent by the Presidency of the Assembly to the Constitutional and Justice Joint Commission.
